Virtual Appointments

Virtual counter services are available Monday - Thursday, and alternating Fridays, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Talk to City staff where you can share computer screens via Zoom. Appointments are scheduled for 20 minutes to answer general questions.

Phone & Email

Phone and email service are available Monday - Thursday, and alternating Fridays, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. If we don't pick up when you call, leave your name, contact information, and a brief message, and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Walk-In Hours

Building & Safety, Planning, and Public Works permit counters at 630 Garden Street are open for walk-ins Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon, and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No appointment is required.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

The south lobby of 630 Garden St, near the David Gebhard Public Meeting Room, is open for drop-off and pick-up needs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and alternate Fridays.
