Accessory Dwelling Unit Activity

The map below includes all Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) projects that have applied for a permit from 2018 through the date provided in the dashboard. The projects are shown on the map based on their status in the City's permitting process. Projects with a "P" icon have been submitted to the City and are pending building permit. Projects with an "I" icon have been issued a building permit and can start construction. Projects with a "C" icon have finished construction and completed the permitting process by receiving a Certificate of Occupancy from the City. The map will be updated on an ongoing basis.
