The Downtown Parking Permit Counter is closed for the holidays from Friday, December 19 through Sunday, January 4. Payment and applications submitted during this period will be processed in the order received beginning on Monday, January 5.

The City of Santa Barbara’s Bike Spot offers secure bicycle parking for those commuting by bicycle.

Policies

All parked bikes must display a permit decal.
Multiple bikes can be registered, but only one may be parked at a time.
Bikes left in the Bike Spot for longer than 14 days may be removed. The Bike Spot is not intended for long-term storage.
Gas powered bicycles are not permitted.
Membership is available to commuters working in the Downtown area. You will need to provide the address of your place of employment to confirm eligibility.
For the application, please have your bicycle information ready (Type, Make, Model, Serial #, and Color).
