Project Location: 1 Hot Springs Road, Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara County; APN: 017-393-002 

Project Description: The project consists of a 22-unit residential development comprised of two-and three-story townhouses within seven individual buildings. The project includes a total of 50 parking spaces.  

Public Comment Period: The 30-day public review period for the Draft MND begins May 15, 2026 and ends on June 15, 2026. Comments must be received by the close of the comment period by one of the following;
