Water, sewer, and trash bill payments can be paid online via WaterSmart at SantaBarbara.WaterSmart.com, by phone at (855) 844-0038, by mail, or left in the drop box at City Hall.

Service Initiation Fee	$59.00

Declined Payment Fee	$25.00
If a payment is returned for insufficient funds for a second time in any 12-month period, payments will only be accepted via cash, cashier's check, money order, or credit card.
Delinquent (late) Payment Fee, per account, per month, for any billing period in which a delinquent balance exists	$15.00
