Supported Software: The latest versions of the following browsers are recommended for the ACA Portal: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.

To request a building inspection via email, provide the following in the order listed:
- 9-digit permit case # (e.g. BLD####-#####)
- Address for the inspection
- Type(s) of inspection needed
- Name of person to be contacted
- Phone number for contact by the inspector
- Date desired for inspection
We currently accept requests until 6:30 AM on the day of the requested inspection.

New! Starting the week of October 7, 2024:
Building & Safety, Planning, and Public Works permit counters at 630 Garden Street are open for walk-ins Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon, and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No appointment is required.
