Housing Element Update Program EIR

The Housing Element establishes programs, policies, and actions to meet the City's existing and projected housing needs and provides evidence of the City’s ability to accommodate the RHNA allocation through 2031.  A Program EIR is being prepared to evaluate effects on the environment that may occur as a result implementation of the 2023-2031 Housing Element. An EIR is an informational document intended to allow the public and decision-makers to consider potential environmental impacts and any measures to avoid or lessen significant effects.
