Project Description: The project consists of a 22-unit residential development comprised of two-and three-story townhouses within seven individual buildings. The project includes a total of 50 parking spaces.  

Public Hearing: Planning Commission will consider adoption of the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration at a public hearing.
