Paying Downtown Parking Fee Collection Envelopes

You may either place a check in the provided envelope and mail to the Downtown Parking Office at: 1221 Anacapa Street / Santa Barbara, CA 93101

Or, you may pay with check, cash, or credit card at our office.  

As a courtesy to our customers, we issue "Fee Collection Envelopes" when customers are unable to pay their parking fees upon exit.  Fee Collection Envelopes include a $5.00 service charge in addition to the original parking fees.  Customers are given 10 days to pay the fees.  Fees may be paid in-person by visiting the Downtown Parking Office, through mail with the provided envelope, or by calling (805) 564-5656, Option 3.   

Failure to pay within 10 calendar days will result in the registered owner being billed a minimum of $33.00.    

Entrance tickets must be provided to determine parking fees when exiting the parking lot.  For customers who lose their entrance ticket and choose to not pay the $33.00 Lost Ticket fee upon exit, we issue "Fee Collection Envelopes" for payment.  Fee Collection Envelopes include a $5.00 service charge in addition to the original fee.  Customers are given 10 days to pay. Bills are sent to the registered owner of the vehicle when a Fee Collection Envelope was not paid within 10 calendar days.  Please contact the Downtown Parking office for further information on the original fees.  

Please fill out a dispute form online to dispute your fee. 

Unpaid Fee Collection Envelopes go through an internal billing process and do not attach to your CA DMV Vehicle Registration.  If you see a charge on your registration renewal, please contact the Police Department for information on outstanding citations.
