- We detect unusually high water usage (which could indicate a leak).
- Your payment method for AutoPay has expired or is no longer valid.

WaterSmart Customers:
- You can log in and update your phone number online at SantaBarbaraCA.gov/WaterSmart.
- Email addresses can't be changed online — please call us!
Not on WaterSmart?
- Contact our Utility Billing Customer Service team directly at (805) 564-5343.
Why is this important?
We may not have your email address because older accounts didn’t require one. Without your current information, we can’t notify you about important updates or concerns regarding your utility billing account.
