African American Black Context Statement

Body

The City of Santa Barbara prepared a Historic Context Statement that provides a holistic history of the African American/Black community in Santa Barbara and identifies possible historic resources that represent that history.

The City hired architectural history consulting firm, Page & Turnbull, who partnered with Healing Justice Santa Barbara to complete the project.
