Office Lease at 125 Harbor Way #21, Santa Barbara Harbor

The City of Santa Barbara’s Waterfront Department is seeking persons and business entities that are interested in leasing office space at 125 Harbor Way #21 on the second floor of the Marine Center Building, in the Harbor Commercial Area. Suite 21 consists of approximately 167 square feet of second floor office space that will be available on August 1, 2025. Only one business entity will be allowed to operate in the space.

Submission Deadline: 3:00 PM, Monday, June 16, 2025. Four copies of the proposal must be received by the Waterfront Department by the submission deadline, regardless of postmark or date mailed.
