Coming Soon: Hourly Water Use Info and Leak Alerts via WaterSmart

Water customers will soon have access to a new online portal, WaterSmart, to track hourly water use, receive leak alerts, and explore resources on efficient water use. WaterSmart will be available to all customers in early 2024 and will also replace the current online utility bill payment website. This is part of the City’s Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) effort, which upgraded the water meter infrastructure to provide customers with more timely information about their water usage and helps quickly detect leaks.
