Public Counters at 630 Garden Street Reopen to In-Person Services with Modified Hours

The City's Community Development and Public Works Departments have resumed in person public counter service, at 630 Garden Street, with modified hours. The front lobby and counters will be open Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for walk-in customers – no appointment required. Records and Archives appointments for plan viewings are still necessary. The changes to the lobby counter hours are a result of a larger City Land Development Team strategy to improve customer service in a hybrid environment.
