Paseo Nuevo Adaptive Reuse Proposal Available for Public Review and Comment

The Draft Adaptive Reuse Proposal for Paseo Nuevo will be presented to the City Council on June 2nd.

A draft proposal for the redevelopment of the Paseo Nuevo shopping center into a mixed-use hub, anchored by renovation and adaptive reuse rather than demolition, is anticipated to be shared at the upcoming City Council meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. City staff will present the negotiated framework to the full City Council for public discussion and direction. Community members are encouraged to participate in person or online, watch the livestream, and submit a comment.
