New: Expedited Sewer Lateral Replacement Permit Process

The Community Development Department has introduced a new expedited OnDemand permitting process for sewer lateral replacements on private property. Applicants can now submit their application online, pay required fees, and receive their building permit instantly by email — with no staff contact required. 

This streamlined service is available for single-unit residences and duplexes, making it faster and easier for homeowners to complete essential maintenance work.

  • Roof-Mounted Solar PV + Optional Battery ESS

  • Underground Water Service (excluding permits involving a water meter size change) 

These OnDemand permits help streamline common residential improvements, reducing wait times and allowing residents to begin work sooner.
