The City’s Admin Draft Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS) is available for review and comment. Visit SantaBarbaraCA.gov/SBDS to view a Project Overview video, review the document, and take our Visual Preferences Survey to let us know how new multi-unit housing should look and feel. Please complete the survey and send your comments on the Admin Draft by December 16, to SBDS@SantaBarbaraCA.gov
