Allison DeBusk has worked with the City of Santa Barbara’s Planning Division for more than 20 years and is respected throughout the organization and community for her exemplary customer service skills and content knowledge. She holds a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California San Diego with Department Honors and has a deep understanding of the principles and practices of urban planning. Experienced with many high-profile, complex projects, Allison is respected by customers and colleagues alike for being imminently capable, professional, and solution-oriented.
