Property Records Database

The Community Development Property Records Database contains over 3 million images. This application gives visitors the ability to view public records that are available at the Records Public Counter in our 630 Garden Street facility in Santa Barbara. If you should find misfiled documents, please send an email with the page number and the street address to CDRecords@SantaBarbaraCA.gov.
