Coming September 9th!  The City is pleased to introduce—DigEplan—a new electronic plan review software designed to enhance the plan submittal experience. During upload, the software will check for plan sheet page numbering, password protection, and file corruption so applicants can address and avoid delays in application acceptance.

This new user-friendly software will be fully integrated into your Accela Citizens Access (ACA) permit portal for permitting and plan review of projects. 

To prepare for this upgrade, we recommend adding bookmarks to your plan sets. For more information on bookmarking plans, other tips, and to preview our updated ACA User Guide, please visit Apply for a Permit.
