Coming Soon! The City is pleased to announce a move to new electronic plan review software—DigEplan—for all application submittals to enhance staff productivity and reduce manual processes. This new user-friendly software will be fully integrated into your Accela Citizens Access (ACA) permit portal for permitting and plan review of projects. DigEplan provides customers with easier access to submit, track, receive, and respond to communications pertaining to their projects. Implementation is anticipated Summer 2024.
