End of Year Closure 

As part of the City’s annual Holiday closure, most City Land Development Team offices and operations will close beginning Friday, December 22, 2023, and will resume business on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

Last Day to Submit Applications in 2023

The last day to submit applications in 2023 will beWednesday, December 20, 2023 by 4:30 p.m. (PST). Both the City’s online permit and payment portal Accela Citizen Access (ACA), will shut down at that time and will be operational again on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. (PST). In person payments can be made at the cashier station at 630 Garden St., from 8:30am to noon on Thursday, December 21st, 2023.

Building Inspections

Inspections will continue to be scheduled for the dates of December 21st, 26th-29th, 2023 and resume January 2, 2024.
