2021-2022 Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report

The City of Santa Barbara is seeking public comment on the 2021-2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER evaluates the City’s performance on the 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan (AAP), which listed activities that would be performed during the year to achieve the performance measures outlined in the City’ 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan (CP). The CP is a 5-year planning document which primarily determines the City’s housing and community development needs, issues and resources. The CP helps the City determine strategies to address those identified needs using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds.
