We are working on economic and public safety response time analysis. Our next City Council meeting on the State Street Master Plan is anticipated in September 2025.

Established by the City Charter, the Library Board makes recommendations to the City Council concerning the operation and conduct of the city library facilities for which the city is responsible. The Library Board meets monthly on Monday afternoons.
