Property Records Database

The Community Development Property Records Database contains the following document types: Planning Files, Street Files, and Plan Inventory.  If you should find misfiled documents, please send an email with the page number and the street address to CDRecords@SantaBarbaraCA.gov.

Note: When searching for an address with multiple units, it’s best to add an asterix (*) after the street number to bring up all available documents.
