We're Changing

We’ve made changes in how we handle service requests, and we’re now following up on older SB Connect submissions that went without response.

Requests are being sent to the appropriate team to check whether the issue is still active. They’ll update the status once it’s confirmed. If the issue still needs attention, they’ll take the next steps under our updated process. If it’s already been resolved, we’ll close it out.
