List of Eligible Plumbing Inspectors
Before Inspection
The CCTV Inspector list below includes the companies who have completed the City's Inspection Certification Program. The purpose of the certification is to ensure that the correct inspections standards are used for inspection, this certification is not for repairs.
All Closed Circuit Televised (CCTV) inspections for the SLIP Program must be done by one of the certified inspection companies on the list below. This list is provided to you to help assist with researching the companies who can provide CCTV services, however the City encourages you to look up reviews.
After Inspection
If no repairs are needed, the property owner will receive a Sewer Lateral Certificate of Compliance and no further action is needed. If repairs are needed, the property owner will receive a Sewer Lateral Repair Notice. The repair notice will provide details on which repairs are required in order for the sewer lateral to be in compliance.
All repairs must be completed by an appropriately licensed contractor. Please inquiry with the contractor of your choice to confirm they are licensed to complete the repairs.
