Calling all teens! Discover your next opportunity at Santa Barbara Public Library’s annual Teen Job & Volunteer Fair on Wednesday, April 15. Meet directly with local businesses and representatives from a wide range of employers and organizations. The fair is free and open to teens in grades 9–12, and parents or guardians are welcome to attend. Registration is not required, and food will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

At last year’s fair, more than 200 teens connected with job and volunteer opportunities, including summer jobs, part-time positions in retail and food service, internships with local nonprofit organizations, and meaningful community service roles that help teens earn volunteer hours while making a difference.

“This is a great way for teens to explore what’s out there, build confidence, and take the next steps towards entering the workforce,” said Kendra Moss, Teen Services Librarian.
