2026 Roadmap: Vic Trace Project Decision Meetings

The Vic Trace Reservoir Replacement Project team developed a 2026 Roadmap to outline the Project’s public presentations and City meetings for this year, which is posted to the Project website under “Upcoming Public Meetings.” The 2026 Roadmap specifies each meeting’s topic, public feedback requested, and decision being made.  

If there are aspects of the Project you are particularly focused on, we encourage you to attend an upcoming meeting on that topic and/or submit public comment. For each meeting, we will continue to send an email reminder notifying subscribers of each meeting’s date, time, location and decision being made by the Commission, Board or Committee.  Some examples include tree removals, construction impact mitigations, and architectural review. 

Looking back on 2025, the Project team actively engaged with the community through numerous opportunities to discuss the Project. These meetings provided valuable feedback, being actively addressed and incorporated into the Project’s design.
