This service is part of the City’s Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) initiative, which upgraded water meter technology to provide real-time insights into your water use. With hourly meter readings and daily updates, the City can now respond to customer concerns more quickly and accurately. This enhanced insight improves customer service and helps prevent small problems from becoming big ones.

WaterSmart gives you 24/7 access to online tools that make it easier than ever to manage your water consumption and pay your utility bills. You can set custom email and text alerts for early notification for:
