City Welcomes New Leadership Across Key Departments

The City of Santa Barbara is proud to announce several key leadership appointments that will help shape the future of our community. These new leaders bring decades of experience and a shared commitment to public service, innovation, and community engagement.

• Brian D’Amour has been appointed as the new Public Works Director, and Joshua Haggmark will lead the newly established Department of Water Resources.
