City staff continues to work with businesses and property owners prior to the March 8 deadline, to adjust temporary outdoor dining and retail facilities to establish a 20-foot fire lane on the State Street Promenade between Haley and Victoria Streets. The Economic Recovery Extension and Transition Ordinance requires compliance by March 8. Appointments for affected business owners to meet with staff are still available.
