End of Year Closure

As part of the City’s annual Holiday closure, most City Land Development Team offices and operations will close beginning Friday, December 20, 2024, and will resume business on Monday, January 6, 2025.

Last Day to Submit Applications in 2024

The last day to submit applications in 2024 will be Wednesday, December 18, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. (PST). Both the City’s online permit system and payment portal Accela Citizen Access (ACA), will shut down at that time and will be operational again on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. (PST).

630 Garden St. Permit Center Customer Lobby & Cashier

Public Works, Planning, Building & Safety, and Cashier counters will be open to the public Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 8:30am to noon. In person payments can be made that morning from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

Building & Safety and Public Works Inspections

Inspections will continue to be scheduled for the dates of December 19, 23, 24, 26, 27, 30, and 31, 2024 and January 2, 2025. The regular inspection schedule will resume Monday, January 6, 2025.
