Kelly Ann Gordon was sworn in as the Chief of Police on Monday, September 19 in Council Chambers at City Hall. The City's Clerk Services Manager administered the Oath of Allegiance. The Santa Barbara County Sheriff, Mayor Randy Rowse and City Council members were also in attendance.
