Upcoming Santa Barbara Design Standards Work Group Meeting

The Santa Barbara Design Standards Work Group will be meeting on Friday February 9, 2024 to provide input on the June 2023 Public Draft Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS). Topics to be discussed include a status update, staff’s recommended changes to the Architectural Styles Map based on public outreach, comments on the Public Draft ODDS, and a brief overview of the proposed review process for projects using the ODDS. 

This is an in-person meeting open to the public and will be held at the City of Santa Barbara Water Resources Conference Room, across the street from the Community Development/Public Works building. 

When: February 9, 2024 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.

Where: 617/619 Garden Street (Mental Wellness Building), third floor.  Go to the elevator and enter the code 6644# (instructions are printed in the elevator). The room is on the immediate right.
