Join a virtual Regional Action Plan meeting on the second Thursday of each month from 3-4 pm, hosted by the Santa Barbara Alliance for Community Transformation, which brings together area stakeholders and City staff to discuss homelessness and develop collaborative strategies to reduce homelessness and its impacts.
