Special Joint Hearing Will be Held to Consider The Neighborhood at State and Hope Project

On November 9, 2026, a Special Joint Hearing of the Staff Hearing Officer (SHO) and the Architectural Board of Review (ABR) will be held to consider The Neighborhood at State and Hope project (located at 3805 State Street and 110 S. Hope Avenue). The SHO will review the proposal for a Tentative Subdivision Map and CEQA exemption, and the ABR will review the architectural drawings for Project Design Approval. Once approved, the applicant may apply for building permits. 

Updated information regarding the proposed project is available on the project webpage. Information regarding the November 9, 2026 hearing will be posted on the following websites prior to the hearing;
