The Santa Barbara Police Department is committed to strengthening partnerships with our community. As we begin our Strategic Planning process, we invite community members to share feedback through our Strategic Planning Assessment Community Survey. 

The feedback gathered will help the department better understand community priorities, identify emerging needs, and guide future initiatives. Your input will play an important role in shaping efforts to enhance public safety, strengthen community relationships, and support the development of effective leadership within the department.
