Milpas Street Crosswalk Safety and Sidewalk Widening Project in Final Design

The Milpas Street Crosswalk Safety and Sidewalk Widening Project (Project) design is nearing completion. We appreciate the community members who provided Project design feedback over the past several years.  In fall 2026, the City plans to publicly advertise the Project for construction bids. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2027.   The next round of community outreach meetings will focus on the construction phasing once a contractor is selected.
