Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Meetings for the Vic Trace Reservoir Replacement Project
Please join the City of Santa Barbara at two public meetings to learn about the Vic Trace Reservoir Replacement Project and review the Project’s California Environmental Quality Act’s (CEQA) Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The Draft EIR studies the Project’s potential environmental and construction impacts and proposes draft mitigation measures to lessen those impacts. City staff are seeking public comment and feedback to ensure the City has adequately addressed and mitigated Project impacts. Comments are due by July 30, 2026.
