Council Considers Sidewalk Vending Ordinance

State law requires all cities to support and facilitate sidewalk vendors.  Vending in the public right of way, parks and beaches is currently prohibited. In preparation for the new rules, the draft sidewalk vending ordinance will go before the City Council Ordinance Committee on August 3.
