Continued Planning Commission Hearing on the Objective Design and Development Standards

On August 8, 2024, the Planning Commission voted to continue the hearing on the Title 25 Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS) to August 29, 2024. The Planning Commission’s motion also included several amendments to the ODDS.  On August 29, 2024, the Planning Commission will consider a recommendation to City Council on adoption of the ODDS as amended, and related amendments to the Title 30 Zoning Ordinance.
