Construction Underway on Salsipuedes Street at Cota Street

Effective March 9th, Salsipuedes Street is closed to thru traffic at Cota Street due to construction operations. Lash Construction is currently working on concrete and drainage improvements as part of the Fiscal Year 2025C Pavement Maintenance (Concrete Improvements) Project.  The concrete improvements are being completed in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and preparing for future pavement maintenance projects. Alternate routes will be marked to guide traffic around the closure.

The Project benefits include 64 new sidewalk access ramps, repairing 19,500 square feet of existing sidewalk, repairing 600 linear feet of existing concrete curb and gutter, and drainage improvements. 
 
No parking signs will be posted at least 72 hours prior to construction and detour signs (as necessary) will also be provided. Construction will occur Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Construction is anticipated to be completed end of May.
