City Parking Lot 5 (Victoria Lot) Concrete and Pavement Maintenance Starting March 31 Through April 18

Granite Construction Company, a contractor for City of Santa Barbara, will be performing concrete improvements and pavement maintenance within City Parking Lot 5 (Victoria Lot).  
Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 31, 2025, and is anticipated to take approximately three weeks to complete.   

The work will be performed in two phases:

Phase 1: Concrete Repairs (March 31- April 11) 
•    Lot 5 will remain partially open throughout this two-week period. Please adhere to the no parking signs in the lot. Direct access to adjacent businesses may be impacted. 

Phase 2: Pavement Maintenance (April 14- April 18) 
•   Asphalt Repairs: Lot 5 will be partially open during pavement point repair work. 
•   Pavement Grind and Hot Mix Overlay: Full lot closure shall be expected during paving operations.  Please adhere to the signage.

Please note the maintenance work schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen conditions or weather delays.
