City Council to Discuss Senate Bill 9 Implementation

On Tuesday, December 7, City Council will consider Municipal Code amendments to implement Senate Bill 9, which allows lot splits and two-unit residential projects in single-family zones to be approved ministerially, without discretionary review or a public hearing. SB 9 becomes effective on January 1, 2022.
