Thursday, August 8 - Upcoming Planning Commission Hearing on City’s Objective Design and Development Standards

On Thursday August 8, 2024, the Planning Commission will receive staff’s presentation and consider a recommendation to City Council on adoption of a proposed ordinance – Title 25 Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS). The Planning Commission will also be considering related amendments to the existing Title 30 Zoning Ordinance.
