SANTA BARBARA POLICE DEPARTMENT COMMENDATION and EMPLOYEE COMPLAINT FORM RECOMENDACIÓN / QUEJA DE CUIDADANO |
|

Law Enforcement personnel respond to thousands of false alarm calls yearly. These unnecessary responses result in an enormous burden in manpower and expense; which in turn reduces the time available to respond to real emergencies.

To access your Collision Report, you will be required to provide the Date of the Collision as well as the Report Number provided to you at the scene of the Collision.
Note: The Report Number must be entered exactly, with the first two digits being the year followed by the 5 digit report number. For example 22-23456 would be entered as 2022-23456
The system will allow you to print your accident report 24 hours a day from any location with internet access. The reports are in a PDF format which makes them easy to view, save, print, and email.
