Assistance Requested in Identifying Potential Victims in Child Pornography Investigation

In November of 2021, Louis Anthony Alvaro was arrested and booked in the Santa Barbara County Jail for the crime of distributing and producing child pornography.

The Santa Barbara Police Department is seeking information from the public in identifying any other victims that have not reported child pornography crimes involving Alvaro to law enforcement.

We are asking anyone or any parent/guardian whose child has been in contact with Alvaro prior to his arrest to please contact Detective A. Miller at the Santa Barbara Police Department – 805-897-2346 or amiller@sbpd.com.
