On October 20, 2023 the Adoption Draft 2023-2031 Housing Element was released for public review. On November 16, 2023 the Planning Commission will hold a hearing to review and consider the Adoption Draft and forward a recommendation to City Council, including a General Plan Amendment to approve the 2023-2031 Housing Element.
