Current Bridge Projects Around Town

Body

The City has received funding from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to complete the design for the replacement of many aging city bridges. The bridges At Mason, Haley, Cota, and Ortega Streets were included as part of the Lower Mission Creek Flood Control Project, which includes the benefit of increasing flood water conveyance capacity and enhancing riparian habitat. Replacing bridges is a multi-year process that includes design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction.
